The security is top notch. The main gates are real high and you are NOT getting in without showing ID. You are checked every time. The apartments have steel doors with very serious locking locks. Everything is modern. Large closets. WiFi box is in your room. Strong signal. The apartment has lots of outlets. Bed is comfy! The hot water heater gets HOT. It is a quiet area. The staircase isn’t crooked. The hallways and stars are well lite

It’s really really far from CBD and most of the malls bars events and activities making each UBER ride expensive. (No lift and I’m on the 4th floor.)
